The forming problems in the production of cold roll forming machine

The cold roll forming equipment is a multi-channel shaped roll that is arranged in order, and the rolling material, strip and other metal strip are continuously bent and rolled in order to make the profile of a specific section.

In the production of cold roll forming machine, some problems such as bending, distortion may happen, the main reason is because of unbalanced force, force imbalance left and right, up and down, thus produce distortion. There are three main ways to solve this problem:

2. Accurate processing.

3. Install and adjust the equipment.
